Marc Morris is a nationally recognized staffing executive and hiring strategist who has spent more than 25 years helping organizations build high-performing teams. As the CEO of The Talmadge Group, he has advised commercial businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies on recruiting the leaders and professionals who drive organizational success.
Marc specializes in contingency search, contractors, and professional staffing, with expertise in recruiting construction executives, project managers, superintendents, civil engineers, sales leaders, C-suite executives, and nonprofit leadership. An early adopter of Lou Adler’s Performance-Based Hiring®, he helped implement a structured, results-driven hiring methodology that enables organizations to evaluate candidates based on proven accomplishments and future potential—not simply resumes or interviews. A U.S. Navy veteran, he currently serves in the Georgia State Defense Force as the Command Sergeant Major of the Recruiting & Retention Battalion, supporting the organization’s statewide recruiting mission.
